Since 2009, Metsens has orchestrated gourmet weddings in Marseille, Aix-en-Provence and throughout Provence. Thomas Arnaud and his team design every wedding menu as a unique creation: a tasting session with the couple, seasonal Provençal produce, 100% homemade preparations, and attentive, discreet table service. Our in-depth knowledge of the region’s estates, bastides and châteaux lets us adapt to any reception venue, for 30 to 500 guests.

The welcome cocktail sets the tone for your reception: creative canapés, live cooking stations, an oyster bar or Provençal entertainment. Our team stages this first shared moment with your guests, outdoors or indoors, anywhere in Provence.
The Metsens wedding dinner: a gourmet menu designed with you during a tasting, fresh seasonal produce, elegant plating, and table service coordinated with your evening’s schedule. Seated dinner or buffet formula, for up to 500 guests.
Extend the celebration with a warm, generous day-after brunch: pastries, a savory Provençal buffet, fresh fruit and sweet treats. A relaxed way to close out your wedding weekend with loved ones, delivered and set up at your reception venue.

Yes. Once your project is defined, we organize a tasting of your wedding menu at our house in Allauch. It’s the chance to fine-tune every dish with you — cooking, pairings, plating — so the meal on your big day is exactly right for you.
Absolutely. Vegetarian menus, allergen-free dishes, pork-free or gluten-free options: we create alternatives for each of your guests, with the same gourmet standard as the main menu. Just let us know the requirements when we design your menu.
