Founded in 2009 in Allauch by Thomas Arnaud, Metsens is an event-driven gourmet catering house rooted in Provence. Our cuisine blends Provençal tradition with contemporary standards: fresh local produce, short supply chains, 100% homemade preparations. Whether it’s a cocktail reception in Marseille, a wedding in the Luberon or a conference at the Palais du Pharo, every event is a unique creation, thought through down to the smallest detail.
